Yvonne Ohui MacCarthy (CSP) is the founder and head consultant of ICSP ( Institute of Customer Service Professionals).

She is the board chair of the West African Association of Customer Service Professionals (WAACSP) www.thewaacsp.com and board chair for the University of Ghana Medical Center (UGMC) client service committee. She is an advisory board member of the Customer Experience Evolution Africa (CEEA). She has a Customer Service Professional (CSP) qualification from the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF). Yvonne is also an alumna of the Harvard Business School Executive Education.
